I have a sega hang on and i can get the game to do everything i can actually hear it playing but the moniter is completely dead I pulled the monitor out with the chassis and the fuse is blown no high voltage

After you replaced the fuse did it blow again?

I just picked up a Mortal Kombat 3 had same issue. Ii saw that there was no fuse at all. What size should it be?

What monitor is it? But its probably a 4 or 5 amp fuse.
