I have an original Golden Tee 3D (circa '95) that starts up and plays with no picture..can anyone tell me how to diagnose whats wrong with it before I gou out and buy a new monitor for it that i may not need?

so I found the blown fuse on the board by the monitor (appeared to be a 2amp 250V) and replaced it...as soon as I turned the game on, I watched it blow. What would my next step be?
ANY help would be appreciated
