i cant get a clear image on my monitor

Hello all I have been trying to resolve an issue with my nba jam monitor. It was playing dead but I used some of the knobs and finally got the monitor to show life. I am having a very hard time to get a clear picture if anyone can lend a hand it would be greatly appreciated.
