Hi

Our school had an arcade machine donated that worked prior to being delivered. The only we changed were the batteries.

It plays the startup sound but the monitor shows the attached image.

Could someone give me a hint as to where to start troubleshooting?

I do have basic electronics knowledge and am the onsite technician at the school.
