I just bought a Konami Scramble and there was some lines on the screen and the old owner said they just needed to be adjusted and was looking online for ways to fix it and all the help I find just keep telling me to twist the V-sync and well there is no V-Sync knob I have a Red, Blue, and Green as well are the Contrast and brightness here that it looks like

Probably the v.hold but these are the knobs you are looking to twist.
Dont twist the B+ ADJ
