Yeah it would just me a little construction but it wouldn't be that hard. I have done it before.

most monitor chassis can be reconfigured for etir vertical or hrizontal. you must completly remove the tube to do it. if you dont feel cofortable working around the tube it time for a little carpentry.
electricly the tube does not care
