The vertical lines on the monitor will not go any further no matter how much I adjust the settings I cannot get the picture to go past the center of the screen. I have adjusted the vertical hold and all other vertical adjustments and it doesnt seem to have any effect whatsoever on anything. Would this be a old cap issue or something completely different. Without any input this is how far the screen will adjust, the thick red lines being the furthest.
