1980 pacman monitor issue, need help

Hi, just got a pacman standup to restore, all works except picture. Screen graphics are scrambled and wavy side to side. I am somewhat new to restoring game and would appreciate any suggestions to fix this picture issue. Here is a video of the problem.

That is more then a picture issue! You should start by pushing on the microchips really hard to make sure they are all in tight. Turn the game back on to see if the game works right.
