Blue screen scrambled image

I am getting a blue screen with messed up picture can hear sound tryed to adjust with no luck and have checked wires it was konami rushnattack that i converted to a konami jail break please help :)

Have you check the sinc wire?
Some games use the pos v & h sync pins on the 6-pin connector.
Others uses the neg h&v pins on the 3-pin connector.
At one point in time, one used to build that sync convertor board.
Hopefully, you have the manuals for both game boards.
